Shipping Policy
We use USPS first-class mail for shipping with tracking. All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. (Natural events and pandemics may delay processing time*) US delivery usually takes 3-5 days in transit and International delivery(International First Class) takes approximately 1-3 weeks. Custom order processing takes 3-5 business days and the above shipping options apply. If you would like insurance or upgraded shipping, please send us an email before making the order (An extra charge will be applied to your order.)
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the practice of good hygiene and the nature of our products there are no refunds available once the product is shipped. Any losses or damages will be replaced, unless other arrangements are made between buyer and seller. We are always happy to resolve issues that may arise! Customer satisfaction is what we aim for!
Additional Policies
We believe in satisfying the customer. If you have any issues or concerns please feel free to contact us. We reply to emails promptly. We reserve the right to extend processing time when necessary. In such cases, we will notify you of the processing delays. There is an additional charge for custom orders. Prices range from $0.25 – $12.00 depending on the item and additional labor. Allow 2 weeks for all custom orders to be fulfilled. Please let us know of any allergies you may have based on the materials we use. We warrant all products we make for 30 days. This warranty does not include damages caused by accident, wrong size orders, damages due to using while showering or working out, wear and tear as well as any issues resulting from the wearer’s fault.
